Tottenham Hotspur are slowly but surely gearing up for their big Champions League clash with RB Leipzig and Jose Mourinho was in typical form in front of the media ahead of the game.

There was one question that riled Special One as he was asked whether he feels he has to prove something to his rival, Julian Nagelsmann, who was also linked to the Spurs job prior to Mauricio Pochettino’s sacking.

Mourinho couldn’t really believe that he was asked such a question given the illustrious career he’s had so far.

The Portuguese man didn’t indulge the journalist with a proper answer but rather just voiced his surprise at the absurdity of the question.

Many of Spurs fans were definitely behind their gaffer and they were absolutely loving his reply.

But apart from just having their manager’s back, many of them were also quite surprised to see that kind of question being asked in the first place.

They flooded the comment section slating the journalist in question and stated this was truly a pathetic and embarrassing act.

One fan stated that Mourinho should just follow in Jurgen Klopp’s footsteps and simply refuse to answer these kinds of questions in the future.
